COOLROOF - THE CONCEPT
A building's roof is the single largest contributor of heat for buildings. If the building in question is factory or a storage facility, its safe to say that up to 85% of the heat it absorbs will be through its roof.
COOLROOF ® - THE PRODUCT
COOLROOF ® is a single component, white colour coating which when applied to the roof of a building, rejects over 95% of the IR radiation it receives. This drastically reduces the rate at which the roof gets heated up, resulting in the natural cooling down of the building.
